Align MD develops a joint mission statement between physicians, administration and nursing that governs everything we do in a particular emergency department.

Ownership

We never expect a physician to act like an owner without treating them like an owner - At Align MD we pay providers a share of the profits from the facility they work and the company. This profit share incentivizes physicians to act like owners and pays huge dividends when Aligning administration, nursing and medical staffs.
